On the 19th October 2021 our client was involved in a road traffic accident. Our client was proceeding correctly and slowed his vehicle in order to accommodate slowing traffic that was proceeding to turn into a side street.
The third-party driver who was not paying due care and attention to the road ahead has failed to slow his vehicle to accommodate the traffic ahead and has collided with the rear of our client’s vehicle.
How we helped our client
We intimated the claim to the third-party insurers. They responded to confirm they had undertaken investigations into the incident, and thereafter accepted liability.
At the time of accepting liability the third-party insurers made a pre-medical offer in the sum of £2050. After discussions with our client he ultimately decided to accept the pre-medical offer in settlement of his claim.
