Our client suffered soft tissue injuries to her neck and her right thigh, which exacerbated a pre-existing pain condition. With physiotherapy treatment her injuries were prognosed to resolve after twelve months.
We instructed a medical report to determine the extent of her injuries and prognosis for the future. Unfortunately, our client suffered from significant anxiety following the accident and she was recommended a course of counselling.
We arranged for physiotherapy to be provided by the third-party insurers to help resolve her physical symptoms, and highlighted that future counselling and further physiotherapy was required.
