Our client was driving through a local shopping centre car park when a third-party driver failed to make the necessary observations before reversing out of their parking space. The third-party collided with our client’s vehicle causing damage and injury to our client.
How we helped our client
Our client sustained whiplash and soft tissue injuries to his neck and back. Personal belongings within the care were damaged. Their vehicle was significantly damaged and required extensive repairs. Our client required the use of a hire vehicle while theirs was being repaired.

We obtained a specialist report from a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon who confirmed that our client was expected to return to their pre-accident state 4 months post-accident, with any remaining symptoms being attributed to their underlying health conditions.
Settlement
Our client’s claim was subsequently settled for £18,800 inclusive of injuries, services, damaged items, vehicle repair costs and hire car costs.
Accordingly, we were able to obtain a settlement that our client was happy with, settle their claim swiftly and without the need for litigation.
