On the day of the accident our client was at work undertaking her usual duties.
She was working in a warehouse between two mobile shelving units, when a colleague, who did not check if she was there, closed the units squeezing our client between the two units.
Due to the incident, our client suffered soft tissue injuries to her left chest wall, left flank and her spine and paraspinal muscles in the thoracic region. She also suffered from anxiety while working in mobile sharing units.
