Our client was diagnosed as suffering from whiplash to their neck and an exacerbation of her pre-existing shoulder injury, along with associated travel anxiety. They returned to their pre-accident position 9 months post-accident.
Fortunately, our client had a swift recovery and was awarded damages of £4,200.
