Our client was injured during his employment as a delivery driver. He required to transport produce to customers. The method of transport was predominantly done by using cages. As our client had arrived at a premise and was manoeuvring the cage via a narrow uneven passageway with a turn, the cage tipped falling on the client’s leg.
