Our client and his passenger were travelling in their vehicle when they stopped at a junction. Suddenly, and without warning, another vehicle failed to stop, and collided with the rear of their stationary vehicle.
Both the driver and the passenger sustained soft tissue injuries as a result of the accident, and had to seek medical attention.
