We are delighted to announce the promotion of Rachel Holt who becomes an Associate in our Personal Injury team.
Rachel is based in Glasgow and has been a member of the team since 2018. She specialises in acting for pursuers in claims arising from a wide variety of accidents including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, public and occupiers’ liability, medical negligence and industrial disease. Rachel also heads up our specialist Accidents at work team.
Rachel deals with litigated actions in the Sheriff Court, All Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court and as instructed agent in the Court of Session. She regularly appears in courts across Scotland.
Rachel enjoys working with her clients and negotiating and securing settlement awards for them. She is delighted to continue to develop her career at Lindsays in her chosen fields of specialism.
