We are delighted to announce the promotion of Rachel Holt who becomes a Senior Associate in our Personal Injury team.
Rachel is based in our Glasgow office and has been a member of the team since 2018.
Rachel is the head of our specialist Accident at Works team.
She also specialises in acting for pursuers in claims arising from a wide variety of accidents including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, public and occupiers’ liability, medical negligence, and industrial disease.
Rachel deals with litigated actions in the Sheriff Court, All Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury and regularly appears in courts across Scotland. Rachel also has a Trauma Informed Lawyer Certification from the Law Society of Scotland.
