We are delighted to announce the promotion of Kathleen Gaughan who becomes an Associate in our Personal Injury team.
Kathleen is based in Glasgow and has been a member of the team since qualifying as a solicitor in 2017 and having trained in litigation and personal injury. She specialises in a diverse range of accident claims including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, public and occupiers’ liability, industrial disease, and medical negligence. Kathleen also heads up our specialist Road Traffic Accidents team.
Kathleen deals with claims litigated in the Sheriff Court, the All-Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court, and the Court of Session.
Kathleen enjoys working with her clients to support them through the litigation and claims process. She is passionate about achieving the best possible settlement for all her clients.
