Kathleen is an Associate in our Personal Injury team.
Kathleen has a background in litigation and is experienced in pursuing and defending claims in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. She has represented clients on a wide range of claims including road traffic accidents, accidents in the work place, product liability and medical negligence.
She regularly appears in Sheriff Courts across Scotland on behalf of pursuers and insurer clients.

- Scottish agent in All-Scotland Personal Injury Action arising out of the 2013 Glasgow Clutha helicopter crash. This involved preparing the case for jury trial and ultimately negotiating damages of twice the defender's original offer.
